Do you deliver?
Yes we deliver our furniture for a delivery charge. Each county has a its own flat rate delivery charge which is allocated when shipping address is defined.
Can orders be collected?
Yes, depending on the product. Many items are stocked at our warehouse, please contact if you have any queries on stock before ordering.
Can I order online and collect at your warehouse?
Yes, please contact before calling to collect
Used items can be collected next day. For new items, please contact to check warehouse stock as many items are available from suppliers within 24hrs.
Last collections are 16.00.
The item/size/colour I ordered is out of stock. Why was it on the website?
All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. Our system does not record individual size quantities, if you order several items in the same size you may experience a slight delay. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and will offer to substitute the item for another item of similar style/colour/ size or we will offer a refund.
Can I view items before buying?
Yes, the majority of items are flat-packed for easier storage and easier delivery. Our warehouse has several furniture items assembled to view on our mezzanine floor.
What's the difference between a left hand and right hand desk?
Usually a wave or radial desk will say left or right hand. This means when sitting at the desk the deep side of the desk with be either on the left or right.
For example, a right radial desk is 1600mm x 1200mm/800mm. The 1200mm deep part of the desk will be on the right hand side when sitting at the desk.
What are the full dimensions?
Dimensions can be found the long description or additional information, which can be found in the tabs under the images.
All Measurements are in the mm unless otherwise stated.
Order Processing & Stock Levels
How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
We will send you an acknowledgement email on successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safely as you will need your order reference number for any further queries which you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your enquiry. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched to you we will send you a confirmation email.
I did not receive a confirmation email
Please contact us if you did not receive an acknowledgement email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Acknowledgement emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment card details, email address and delivery addresses.
How long will my order take to be processed?
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to get your order promptly, however, please allow 24to 72 working hours as a guide.
There may be delays subject to stock levels of our supplier. If delivery falls outside 24-72 working hours. You will be notified of proposed delivery date.
Payment & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for all our Debit and Credit Card transactions online.
For offline orders, we only accept bank transfer or card over the phone.
When will I be charged?
Payment is charged immediately, once you confirm on Stripe.
If a refund is issued, it can take 5 to 10 days to be visible on your statement.
Will you buy our furniture?
At present, we are only taking furniture trade-ins so if you are in the market for new furniture, please contact regards your requirements and images of your surplus furniture.
Please note: That some items are not resellable and we charge for their disposal.
Can you provide office plans?
We can provide 2D Drawings for your office. We arrange to call to measure your office. Office plans can take up to 3 working days.
An initial service charge of €200+VAT is charged. If you decide to proceed with an order, this fee is deducted from your final invoice.
