Returns Policy


Please read carefully our returns policy and purchasing advice.

All online orders have a ‘cooling-off period’. The cooling-off period means you can change your mind return items within 14 Working Days of when you received your order. Returns must be confirmed in writing via email or post.

Customers are required to store products in original packaging and condition must be as sold, unless faulty.

Custom & personalized items are non-returnable.

If you wish to return an item within the 14 Days. The customer must arrange the return of the item to our warehouse at 13D, Parkmore Industrial Estate, Long Mile Road, Dublin, D12 DC86 within 14 Days of confirming intent to return.

Orders can be arranged to be collected by Aline Office Furniture for a charge. This charge is the value of the original delivery plus administration fee. The admin fee is calculated on the value of the order.

If you change your mind, or the item doesn’t fit, you do not have rights under consumer law. If you return the item, the shop does not have to offer you a refund or a replacement, if there’s nothing wrong with it. However, many shops will accept returns in these circumstances, and offer you an exchange or refund, though often with conditions. For example, you may have to return the item within a certain number of days and you usually need to provide proof of purchase. Also, you may need to original packaging and labels must be intact.  But the shop does not have to do this, and it is a gesture of goodwill. A restocking fee of 30% may apply.

Credit & Debit Card transactions are refunded by Stripe. Once the product arrives back at our warehouse and inspected, we will issue a refund. A refund receipt will be sent to your email address. It may to up to 10 working days for a refund to appear in your statement.

Please report any damage or missing components to the office within 24hrs of delivery. The office must be contacted by email/phone or reported on your delivery docket. You may be required to send images for evidence to

If no problems are reported. Orders will be deemed completed. This does not include new items that may still be under warranty.
